Comcast is the Best ISP

So I come home today excited for the new Radio Nintendo show Push Start hosted by the same people who do my favorite show on the Internet the Minus World. As I enter my room I started to read the IRC logs, then I noticed I was offline. Assuming my father was mad at me for staying up until 1 AM last night working on my latest YouTube video, I attempted to "fix the broken Internet". It turns out my father locked his room where the router and the modem are. I was enraged! So I just sat on the couch and starting watching TV until my mother came home. She explained Comcast had came and put a "filter on our cable" which apperently was "leaking". Basically, if you were wondering where I was today I was sitting in my couch. Now for some other bullcrap I want to tell you. I went to McDonald's again and asked for a Pinkie Pie. They offered me an Applejack explaining they were "Out of Pink and Purple". Also, me and Paul are making new intro bumpers for Then and Now with catchpharses like "Young. Fresh. Wet and Naked." And, if you haven't saw already, I've been doing some Let's Plays on my YouTube channel. Games I've done so far include Advance Wars, Brain Age and Super Mario 64. Random games will be popping up here and there... Also I have decided to film more source content and a new series called "Noclipping". And finally, if you haven't seen already Maavrik know has access to the entire NintendoJack Network. He has gained my trust enough to let him on my blog. For future posts, please just who actually posted it. And last but not least I'd like to release some public bandwidth stats for NintendoJack.com and our other sites. I will prepare a formal report at the end of this week. I will be back online tomorrow at 3 PM.

150 Posts! Sexy New Blog Layout!

Huzzah! We finally hit 150 posts! In honor of this event, the layout has been updated for the first time in 3 years! I hope you like it! Now on with the news, I finally took the Pop Island site out from the grave. Updated it so it isn't so buggy and removed the wiki until further notice. The wiki was a horrible idea so it is out of server until I can fix my MySQL database. In other news, our super secret plan is underway. And like I said a while back, our YouTube channel will be getting lotsa of updates soon. And I want to know if you're planning on getting Uprising. With this being the second major 3DS multiplayer, I want to know who I'll be fighting. And remember this May we are bringing back the Tuesday Show and retiring Then and Now. My tip to future DJs, if you want to do more then two shows, make sure they aren't close to any other shows. You'll run out of fresh content too fast and you'll have dead air. And now here comes the school week... sigh... But hey! No more robotics or drama! W00T!

So this weekend I'll be closing up the Pop Island Wiki. The site will still be there... I'll touch it up a bit and wait until next year when we move to GoDaddy to work with MediaWiki. Also this weekend on Then and Now, you will hear a better quality show. Why? Because I messed with a ton of settings in SAM after it exploded. However this will only affect the broadcast since the podcast is already 128kbps. School is a bit crazy for me. My life opened up since now Robotics and Drama is over for the rest of the year. Now I focus on getting A's and stuff. Also, this weekend sometime I'll change the blog design. Minimally I hope... Plus if you've been snooping around NintendoJack.com, you'll find my new new new project...

Now Firefox Friendly!

So how's everyone doing? I'm doing not so good, sadly. Changed some pixel sizes around to make NintendoJack.com Firefox friendly. Also, I'd like to say if no body votes in the the blog layout change poll, I will change the layout. Now for the DSi of fun at the bottom of the blog, I will begin to host that on my server. Also, like I said earlier, blog posts will start to slow down as time goes by. Until then I hope FireFox users enjoy the site and I'll try to get a real post in Thursday.
